Who are we?
The Entrepreneurship Cell of Ramanujan college is an alliance of like-minded enterprising students dedicated towards instilling and promoting entrepreneurship spirit among students in the campus and beyond. The E-Cell pilots the budding entrepreneurs towards their goals through all the necessary resources like mentoring and guidance.

Mission
To help the emulous young entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses by creating a track that constitutes of various opportunities like interactive sessions, business competitions to augment the cognizance.
Vision
To inculcate the passion and spirit among students to pursue entrepreneurship and foster, evolve and sculpt out the inner entrepreneurial potentials of the students by providing them with a platform to present their views.
What we do?
We believe in creating a culture of leadership and entrepreneurship within the student community. We start recognizing the value of the new era of startups which has been growing in the country since the past decade. We want the students to start thinking of ideas, which have no boundaries, through which we can develop an ideation process and converting them into business proposals .
Our initiatives
E-SUMMIT
The Entrepreneurship Summit (E-Summit) is the annual flagship event of E-Cell of Ramanujan College effectuated with the intention to foster entrepreneurial initiatives and activities in the campus to accomplish our mandate of nurturing India’s future entrepreneurs. Sharing of entrepreneurship endeavour and experiences, discussion of ideas and opportunities will be a profuse learning experience for the active leaders of entrepreneurship in the savant community who can then disperse these ideas further
Brainstroming Sessions
Thrust conducts regular interactive sessions of brainstorming specifically targeting the campus students. These sessions focus on creating an impact on student’s style of thinking and to spread awareness about entrepreneurship and inculcate entrepreneurial mindset. It involves discussions and brainstorming on entrepreneurship matters. Throughout the year multiple such sessions are organised.
Workshops
The Workshops organised by Thrust : the E-Cell provides an environment for students from various colleges to network, and learn together about latest developments in entrepreneurship. From introduction to design thinking which focuses on creating an impact on student’s style of thinking and to spread awareness about the entrepreneurship options to stimulating thinking, ideation and concept development through training to resolve concurrent business and social issues. Competitions
The Cell maintains a balance between projects and events and hence believes that conducting competitions is a vital part in the learning process of various aspects of entrepreneurship as well as management. We have organised case study and quiz based competitions in the past.
Speaker Sessions
Our speaker sessions feature founders, CEOs, Managers, directors of Start-ups which are changing the face of Entrepreneurship in our country by coming up with never seen before Innovations. They share their experiences as well as the challenges faced by them while building their Start-up. This is usually followed by a short QnA session in which the participants directly get to interact with the speaker
